Fethouha, the broker, off of Jones St. between Jefferson and Taylor St. was super helpful in booking tickets to Alcatraz for my family, for the same day. His recommendation and instructions were easy to follow. Our girls had there hearts set on touring Alcatraz and I did not know we should have pre-booked well before our arrival.
